Windows VPS with External US Residential IP . $50 Budget Hosting details: Pakistan-based user | US residential IP | Windows VPS for PayPal | Max $50/month | No Linux administration experience | Not hosting a website.

I’m looking for technical advice from people experienced with VPS hosting and networking.
I’m based in Pakistan and looking to set up a Windows VPS with a dedicated, static US residential IPv4 address purchased from a separate provider.
The main purpose is to run PayPal, which isn’t available in Pakistan. I want a stable US residential IP rather than a typical datacenter IP.
My requirements:
Windows VPS with RDP access (preferably Windows 10/11 or Windows Server)
Dedicated, static US residential IPv4 address
IP purchased independently from the VPS provider
Ability to assign or route the external IP to the VPS
Reliable connection and reasonable latency
Ideally, everything within a $50/month budget
Additional information:
Monthly budget: Maximum $50 USD
Location: I’m based in Pakistan; I need a US IP
Hosting purpose: Running PayPal
Operating system: Windows
Linux experience: No experience administering Linux servers or infrastructure
I’ve noticed that most VPS providers only allow IP addresses allocated by their own network. I’m specifically looking for a provider that allows me to bring an IP purchased elsewhere and assign or route it to my VPS.
I’m open to different networking approaches, including VPN tunnels, WireGuard, or other solutions, as long as the final setup is reliable and the IP is genuinely residential.
Questions:
Are there VPS providers that support externally purchased residential IPs?
Is it possible to attach a single residential IPv4 address directly to a VPS?
Would a VPN tunnel be the more practical approach?
Can this realistically be done within $50/month?
Has anyone successfully configured something similar?
I’d appreciate recommendations from people who have actually built this setup, particularly providers that are beginner-friendly and don’t require extensive Linux networking knowledge.
Thanks!

Looking for a host that can handle an online shop with a lot of items

I am not an expert on the technical side of website hosting or developing, so please excuse me if I say something wrong or weird.

I own an online shop with around 4,000 items, that will gain around 1,000 more around next year (estimated). I am currently using hstinger as it was the suggested one by the person I watched on youtube on how to build a website (lame, I know) but because of the size needed I ended up having to purchase the almost most expensive package on their hosting server that gives me around 500 websites. this feels dumb because I only need one website and I assume it's a big waste of money. the server also runs slowly and straight up crashes during high(? around 100 people) traffic days such as black friday. so I am very unhappy and would love to find a better one

I've seen the suggested list but just don't know if these servers can hold. my current server is using almost 200 GB. looking for one that is trusted where I can buy one server (preferably) and has a stable connection, and just overall better.

  • What is your monthly budget? preferably up to 50$, can be flexible if worth it, I'm unsure of hosting prices.
  • Where are you/your users located? Middle east
  • What kind of site are you hosting (Wordpress, phpBB, custom software, etc) or what is your use case? Wordpress
  • Do you have a monthly traffic volume? Estimates are ok. around 100-200 unique shoppers
  • If you’re looking at VPSes: Do you have experience administrating linux servers and infrastructure? No, not looking for
  • Did you read the sidebar/check out the hosts listed there? I've personally vetted these companies and their services are a good fit for 99% of people. Yes and don't mind buying them! just need a better understanding if they're the right fit.

Thank you everyone for reading.
