Ad spend looked fine. I wanted to know what acquiring a customer actually cost.

Advertising platforms can tell you what you spent and how many conversions they recorded. Your CRM can tell you which leads moved through the pipeline and which became customers. But those numbers don’t automatically tell you what acquisition actually cost once the data is reconciled.
That gap is what led me to build CDAI (Capital Decision Accuracy Intelligence) under Allocera Intelligence.
CDAI is a deterministic reconciliation engine built to connect advertising data with CRM outcomes and available acquisition-cost data. It calculates True CPL, True CAC, and contribution margin, then evaluates campaign economics and produces a directive: SCALE, HOLD, CUT, PAUSE, QUARANTINE, RENEGOTIATE, INVESTIGATE, or FLAG.
The point isn’t to replace a CRM or another reporting dashboard. It’s to reconcile the numbers behind acquisition decisions so a campaign isn’t judged on lead volume or platform-reported performance alone.
I’m looking for a company using HubSpot or Salesforce alongside paid advertising to participate in a pilot. I’d work directly with the team to compare CDAI’s findings against its existing reporting and identify where the numbers agree, where they don’t, and whether those differences change a budget decision.
For people responsible for paid acquisition and revenue operations: how do you currently reconcile ad spend with CRM outcomes and the actual cost of acquiring customers?
