Would you change CRM if not priced per seat ?

I have been wondering if you would change your current CRM if there was one with the same features you use, but one that didn’t charge per seat ?

If yes, what would be important for a smooth change ?

If no, why not ?

Both, which do you use today or which do you recommend?

For me it’s the export/import options and fear of losing data.

A valid token from issuer A carrying a sub that belongs to someone under issuer B logged you in as them. Their password never
