1) One of the most important buttons, to create a new notebook, in Google Notebooks, is hard to find, in the middle right, sandwiched.

2) The button to create a new project in Google Flow, is that translucent thing camouflaged near the bottom, very hard to find.

3) If I intended to move my mouse to click to open an email near the center I'm often blocked by this hover "Unsubscribe" button. Something similar just happened to me in Drive. This hover pattern thing is bad.
