I’m not gonna lie. I saw this picture today and I had to share it simply because I had never seen it before and also because I think this may be one of the most unfortunate celebrity pics of all time. I’m 100% certain this visit was done with the best of intentions and everybody involved was probably very happy with the visit… but just look at this juxtaposition ffs.

To some, Adam Savage and Jamie Hyneman of Mythbusters (2003-2016) make up one of the most famous double-acts in film and/or television, with Savage being optimistic and Hyneman being pragmatic. But despite being entertaining for you and I, Adam states that he and Jamie butted heads pretty often because of their different personalities. And looking back at some of the episodes, I can really see how Jamie wants Adam to show a little maturity, while Adam wants Jamie to lighten up a little. While it is disheartening, it is the way it is.

Which other duos of characters and hosts was it hard to learn that some people just don't get along despite how well they work together onscreen?
