Are there any Canadian themed restaurants in Panama City?

Doing a search, the results mentions a restaurant that used to sell Montreal smoked meat (Solomon) and some shops that seemingly sell poutine. However, they are all closed. And, yes, I will be looking for salchipapas in-lieu of the poutine! (If so, recommendations for salchipapas in the El Cangrejo area or short walk from the metro line?)
