We recently deployed a new Wordpress website
We noticed that for people that have not accepted cookies their is a big white space for the video. I added code that shows a note To see video you need to enable cookies, with a big button Update cookie preferences

Other marketing team members do not like this situation and assert that it is not standard practice to require cookies

I checked with Cookiebot, our cookie platform and they said this is standard behavior and that videos are blocked until cookies are accepted

Anyone else encounter this?
