A hero can compile successfully and still have the wrong line breaks, an illustration that dominates the copy, or spacing that looks nothing like the reference. The next edit needs evidence from the page the browser actually rendered.
Ant Ling's Ling-3.0-flash-VL frontend demo shows a generate → render → capture → compare → revise loop. One segment turns a London illustration with Big Ben, a Tube sign and a red bus into a landing page. Another shows a reference site and the local result side by side. There are visible layout differences, which makes the comparison stage more interesting than a claim of instant replication.
The useful input for that stage is a pair of images at a known viewport: the reference and the current render. Feedback can then name an observable mismatch and an intended change: the heading wraps a line too early; the image takes too much horizontal space; the next section starts too far down.
Keep that visual feedback attached to the relevant route and state. A screenshot of the initial page says little about the open menu or the narrow layout.
VL supplies the visual interpretation here. The surrounding environment still has to run the app, capture screenshots and expose logs or DOM information. Interaction, accessibility and viewport coverage need their own checks. What this demo adds is a concrete feedback source for the next CSS/layout revision.

the Webflow Source announcement sent me back into Acquia’s Source CMS product guide.
it explicitly says "customers can’t modify the underlying Drupal code or install contributed modules".
I understand the deal: less maintenance responsibility, fewer opportunities to make a beautifully customized disaster.
buttttt Drupal’s flexibility is also why a lot of people chose it.
where does that tradeoff work for you?
for a straightforward marketing site, I can see the appeal. for a project with specific integration or editorial requirements, I’d want to know where the escape hatches are.
what’s the requirement that would make you say “managed SaaS is fine”... or immediately ask for the keys?
I covered the two Sources on my Headless show, but this is the part I’d rather hear from people building and maintaining Drupal sites.

Muchas veces la misma opinión pública (periodistas, abogados, presentadores, etc) se encargan de estigmatizar a la mujer con supuestos halagos y cumplidos, creyendo que con eso están ayudando a una causa. Hay gente que maquinan una película de que existe una lucha de género, y que la mujer constantemente tiene que estar demostrando de que es tan capaz como un hombre y superarlo...incluso han mencionado esa frase: "las mujeres son tan capaces como un hombre"... detrás de estos supuestos halagos y afirmaciones hay un complejo del que lo dice: Realmente no se lo cree, pero lo dice tantas veces solo para hacer sentir bien a un sector (en su interior reconoce que existe una inferioridad). La comparación en si misma ya crea una brecha, la crea y la perpetúa como si dieran por hecho de que es una batalla entre David y Goliath y que se extenderá hasta el final de los tiempos. ¿No se cansan de todo esto?. Muchas veces no vemos tantas mujeres ejerciendo en puestos especificos smplemente porque a ellas mismas no les interesa, no porque se lo prohiban o porque se haya un plan para que tengan muchos más obstaculos que un hombre. He estado viendo varios posts sobre este tipo de comentarios y la verdad sí sería bastante obvio hacerlo, pero eso va a depender mucho de la persona que eres: responsable, no hacer el juega vivo y realizar tus tareas durante el día.
Mi padre tiene una empresa de jardinería a la cual obviamente él les paga a los trabajadores un salario un poquito debajo del salario mínimo, pero ellos mantienen su transporte (auto que los busca y los lleva).
El horario del contrato es de 7:00 AM a 4:00 PM, pero este horario no se cumple, ya que se trabaja por tareas (en este caso sí se aplica trabajar así). Entonces, si ellos terminan sus labores exitosamente, supongamos que a la 1:00 PM, ellos pueden irse normal para su casa.
En caso tal de que ellos hagan las cosas mal, no está permitido irse. ¿Cómo se supervisa eso? Obviamente, en la siguiente visita vemos todo eso y se les regaña o se les dice que quiero eso bien y que no pueden irse temprano.
Hay muchas veces que ellos van a su punto de trabajo y son las 11:00 AM, estoy en el lugar y si todo está bien, a las 12:00-1:00 PM están en su casa.
Y eso es calidad de vida. Ellos hacen sus trabajos pequeños por fuera que les da algo más de ingreso, SIEMPRE Y CUANDO no afecte mi círculo de clientes y trabajo.
Ahora, en mi caso, yo trabajo en el área de tecnología, la cual se puede hacer el trabajo de manera virtual. Sí, es posible, pero hay otras veces en que mediante una llamada no se pueda resolver una duda o no tenga un equipo para realizar el trabajo.
Entonces yo hablé con mi jefa y le dije: ¿por qué nosotros no nos colocamos 2 días en oficina y, si terminamos nuestro trabajo listo a las 2-3 de la tarde, dejarnos ir sin atarnos a un horario de salida? Y 3 en casa (sábado si es virtual).
Esto porque en momentos he llegado a ir a la oficina a calentar silla. He estado 4-5 días sin hacer nada y yendo a la oficina solamente a registrar asistencia.
Y me dirán: ¿por qué no investigas o aprendes algo más?
Obviamente lo hago y he propuesto ciertos sistemas que ayudan, pero prácticamente madrugar para ir a tu puesto a hacer NADA es más cansón que trabajar.
En resumen, ¿en el área de tecnología se puede reducir horas de trabajo?
Sí, siempre y cuando el puesto que tengas se pueda hacer.
¿Aplican todos a reducir horas o ser flexibles en el turno?
Sí, siempre y cuando tú seas una persona responsable, que no estés para hacerte el huevón en la casa o hacerte el vivo de no hacer nada.
¿Qué áreas es difícil bajar horas de trabajo?
Trabajos en el mall: cajeras, vendedoras, seguridad, pilotos, taxis, piratas u otras similares.
Ahora, ¿qué harías tú para proponerle a una empresa/jefe que esto sí puede hacerse cuando tú hayas demostrado que eres responsable en tu puesto?
Edit: He visto otros departamentos que el horario es a las 8:00 AM, llegan a las 9:00, "favoritismo", y encima de eso se ponen a desayunar y se van temprano
I built Cashier Dunning because testing failed-payment flows in Laravel is surprisingly difficult.
It records a real Stripe billing lifecycle once and replays it offline through your application's actual webhook route, including signature verification and real listeners.
It can replay trial expiration, failed payments, retries, cancellation and resubscription in about a second.
It also tests duplicate and out-of-order webhook delivery.
No Stripe account, API keys in CI, or network access during replay.

I'm working on my thesis and I have to host my site and get a HTTPS certificate for it. My thesis defense is before the end of the month and after that I can basically stop hosting it because it wouldn't be needed anymore. There will be no traffic or real users. I'm not using a framework either.
Since I need it for such a short amount of time I thought it would be wasteful to spend money. I've been looking for options but from what I've read most are sketchy, don't support PHP, don't support PHPmailer, or you have to purchase the certificate separately anyways.
Does anyone have any recommendations? I've never hosted a site before since we've always relied on XAMPP
