Spent the last month trialling SMS tools for our service business, sharing notes since this comes up a lot. Textedly is cheapest to start as it has clean dashboard, drip campaigns and review requests included; this is what we kept. SimpleTexting has best inbox UX, costs more. SlickText has strong on list-building keywords. Twilio is powerful but you're building it yourself. The gap between them is smaller than the pricing pages suggest; deliverability was fine on all four once 10DLC was registered. Ask me anything if you're choosing.
