I built a CRM around one assumption. Curious if CRM users agree.
After talking to founders and sales people, I noticed something interesting.
Nobody complained about having a CRM.
They complained about keeping it updated.
Creating contacts, updating deals, writing notes and follow ups after every meeting felt like admin they'd rather avoid.
That became the whole idea behind Kessio. Instead of manually updating everything, you type what happened after a meeting and it takes care of the rest.
I'm curious if I'm solving the right problem.
If you use a CRM every day, is updating it actually one of your biggest pain points, or is there something even more frustrating that you'd rather see solved?
