We are searching for a CRM for our medium-sized arts non-profit.

We were on Spektrix prior, but it was too robust for our organization.

We are currently on Neon, but the Arts People & Neon event UX is limiting (or really terrible), and a majority of our revenue comes from ticketed performances.

The ideal CRM would:

• Allow moves management of donations/donors
• Tracking of sponsorships
• Membership management
• Retail to sell gallery prints & exhibition sales
• Seat maps for ticketed events
• Reserved seating + add-on ticket features (for reserved parking or VIP events)
• Capability to do series or "pick 4" passes for performances and series passes for our summer camps
• Ability to refund to gift cards or original payment methods
• Email campaign management
• Volunteer management is a plus, but not needed
