How are you using CRM data for sales coaching?

I’ve been thinking about how we use our CRM and I’m interested to see what works for other teams. For us the hardest part is turning all that data into something useful for coaching instead of just tracking activity.

I’d rather use the CRM to spot patterns in deals, like missed follow-ups weak discovery notes stalled opportunities or where reps keep losing momentum. I’m also curious how often managers actually review CRM data with reps. Is it part of a weekly coaching session or only when numbers start slipping?

Would love to hear what your process looks like and what’s made the biggest difference for your team.

Greetings! I've created a CRM for small businesses

hey, i built a CRM/ERP called TrustFlow, mainly good for stuff that runs on pipelines with subtasks, think sales, real estate, audits, that kind of thing.

instead of a generic to-do list your work moves through stages you actually set up, each stage can need subtasks/approvals before it moves to the next one. also has automations, calendar + reminders, a file hub, portfolio tracking, reporting on what's actually stuck vs moving.

basically built it if you're sick of running jira + odoo + a shared drive just to track one pipeline.

If you're interested Please be sure to dm me or comment below.

We're currently in the early stage, so you can join for free.

CRM for Salon

Looking for a CRM solution for a salon business.

I was able to narrow down what I find to be must-haves:

1. Client Self-Check-In
2. Integrated Intake Form
3. Appointments
4. Advanced Esthetic Documentation: Visit-specific records for consultation, treatment notes, protocols, contraindications, homecare recommendations, signed consents, and before/after photo storage.
6. Packages & Memberships: Automated tracking, recurring billing.
7. POS: I am open to change provider, but ideally a Clover integration would be best.
8. Retail & Inventory
9. Staff & Customer Analytics Reporting
10. Automated Client Retention: Automated messages for reminders, follow-ups, review requests, lapsed-client win-backs, and birthday offers.
11. Scalability & Med-Spa Readiness: Multi-location support and HIPAA-compliant features (BAAs, charting, role-based permissions).

It has been a challenge to find the right platforms and I would like to avoid going thru 10 different demos.

I Built an integration That Auto Updates your CRM from your iMessages

I built an agentic tool that integrates with followupboss. The idea is really straightforward. You connect your followupboss account and it will automatically track the conversations that you have with leads. and populate the FUB CRM with key details like appointments, reminders, followups, price range, etc.

One key detail is that this is not a tool where the AI messages for you. You are still in full control of the conversation. The tool just "peaks" at the conversations that you specifically want to prospect and then captures the relevant info and populates your CRM.

I'm still testing the features, would love to have some realtors on the ground give it a try. I'm offering it for free for now so give me a PM if you're interested. A quick caveat, you have to be on a mac and iphone for this to work. Sorry windows users!

I create fit for my business CRM with zero development skills

I canceled Pipedrive and developed my own CRM using Notion as database, GitHub as Repository, Netlify as host, and Claude Code as a brain, my knowledge for features. Im paying less than $50 per month and I update as when I need to. ohhh also hooked up Peach AI as communication tool.

Edit: "If you make money by charging businesses CRM subscription, this post would be offensive to you"

[How to post] offering the project for licensing/acquisitions

Hi,

I’m a developer working on a ready-to-deploy CRM SaaS platform called Aura CRM.

I’d like to know whether it would be allowed to make a post offering the project for acquisition or commercial licensing, particularly for agencies or developers who may want to use it as a foundation for their own CRM/SaaS product.

I don’t want to violate the subreddit’s rules or post promotional content where it isn’t permitted, so I wanted to ask the moderators first.

If this type of post isn’t allowed, could you please let me know whether there is an appropriate way to share it in the community?

Thank you.

a new take on an all in one CRM

Disclaimer: This post is not self advertising i mainly want feed back and to find out what people look for in a crm.

About a year ago me and my friends got tired of how bad all the corporate crms and dialers are.

When we stopped working corporate and hit the open market we saw that there are a lot of good crms but all of them are ridiculously overpriced or just pure AI slop.

That's how we came up with Vestrum.

It started off as just a fun project to boost our GitHub but soon it went from just a list import and a manual dialer to (Auto, progressive, predictive) dialer and a full CRM that has shift management, appointment scheduling, and now a full inbox and emailing system built in and future automation on the way.

If you are someone who has a done a lot of dialing or managed with a crm and dialer be it good or bad please give me feed back based on these features and the full list on vestrumllc .com.

Thank you for your time.

What AI CRM features are actually useful beyond generating emails and summaries?

Nowadays, almost all CRM tools being evaluated come with AI claims, yet it has been hard to identify which capabilities are useful and which simply look fine on demonstration. For example, drafting emails or producing meeting summaries is excellent but not convincing enough for us to switch tools.

I would like to know whether AI could decrease real administrative tasks, such as keeping records up to date, spotting missed opportunities, creating action items from meetings, prioritizing leads, or checking if deals are sticking to forecasts. My worry is that poorly kept data will just result in bad recommendations that are faster.

To those of you who have used AI-powered CRM in your day-to-day work – which features have changed the way you work? Are your sales reps reducing their time spent on CRM upkeep, or is it just a layer of convenience?

How AI can automate b2b prospecting and still give me 200 fake high intent leads a day

So our leadership decided that the answer to our sad little pipeline was more AI prospecting and buyer intent signals. Now my crm is full of accounts marked VERY WARM because someone from that domain clicked a blog once in 2022 and my sdr time is just vibes and chaos.

Is anyone here actually getting legit high intent out of these revenue intelligence tools or are we all just cosplaying as data driven while we spam people who were trying to download a pdf in peace? Would love any tips before I sink into my coffee and never return, thanks in advance

How do you get back up to speed before a client call?

I have client calls pretty much every day, sometimes a few back to back, and I usually take notes after each one.

But when I talk to the same client again a week or two later, I still forget a lot of the context. I’ll remember we talked about budget or a timeline change, but not always what they actually meant at the time.

The CRM has the basic info, but before a call I still end up going through old notes or transcripts to refresh my memory. Sometimes there just isn’t enough time.

What are you guys doing for this? Curious if anyone has a good pre-call workflow.

CRM Automation & Systems Integration Specialist β€” GoHighLevel, n8n, Make, AI Agents/Chatbots/Voice Agents, APIs & Webhooks

Hey all, I build and fix end-to-end business systems, not just single tools. If your CRM, scheduling, marketing, AI agents, and reporting platforms aren't talking to each other properly, that's my niche.

What I do:

CRM architecture & automation in GoHighLevel/LeadConnector β€” pipelines, lead routing, setter/closer assignment, follow-up sequences

Workflow automation in n8n, Make, Zapier β€” multi-step, branching logic, error handling, cross-platform sync

AI agents, chatbots & voice agents β€” building and integrating AI-driven sales/support agents, lead reactivation bots, and voice agents into CRM and scheduling workflows

REST API & webhook integrations β€” including connecting platforms with no native integration

Scheduling infra β€” GHL Calendars, Google Calendar, iClosed AI Scheduler, appointment routing

Comms automation β€” Twilio, Mailgun, SendGrid, Zoom

AI call analysis β€” extracting objections, pain points, and budget data from sales calls, AI-assisted follow-up recommendations

Marketing/funnel tracking β€” ClickFunnels, Meta Ads lead attribution into CRM

Payments β€” Stripe automation

Reporting β€” Airtable KPI dashboards

Where I add the most value: Troubleshooting broken automations across systems β€” duplicate triggers, webhook failures, API rate limits (429s), missing metadata, calendar conflicts, misfiring bots/agents, wrong system generating meeting links, etc. I figure out where in the chain something's breaking, not just patch symptoms.
I think in terms of the full flow: Ad β†’ Funnel β†’ Lead β†’ CRM β†’ AI Agent/Chatbot Qualification β†’ Appointment β†’ Sales Call β†’ AI Analysis β†’ Follow-up β†’ Reporting β€” and build/debug with that whole picture in mind.

Available for: one-off builds, ongoing retainer work, audits/troubleshooting, or migrations.

DM me or comment and I'll share more examples of past work.

Would you use an app that combines Jira, HubSpot, Zoho Desk, etc. into one simple Android/IOS widget?

I'm thinking about building a small app for people who have to keep checking multiple platforms throughout the day.

The basic idea:

  • Connect Jira
  • Connect HubSpot
  • Connect Zoho Desk
  • Connect 1–2 other popular support/CRM platforms
  • See the total number of open tickets/issues from all of them in one place

For example:

🎫 Open Tickets
Jira β€” 24
HubSpot β€” 17
Zoho β€” 31
Zendesk β€” 9
Total β€” 81

And potentially have this available as a phone home-screen widget on both iOS and Android, so you could glance at your phone without opening 4 different apps.

The goal isn't to replace Jira/HubSpot/etc. just to give you a quick "what needs my attention?" overview.

Would you personally use something like this?

And if yes, what would make it valuable enough that you'd actually pay for it?

For example:

  • πŸ”” Notifications when ticket volume suddenly increases
  • 🚨 Alerts when a high-priority ticket appears
  • πŸ“Š Trends like "open tickets increased 35% this week"
  • ⏰ Tickets approaching SLA/deadline
  • πŸ‘€ See tickets assigned specifically to you
  • πŸ”„ Track tickets across multiple clients/projects
  • πŸ“± iOS/Android home-screen widget
  • πŸ€– AI-generated daily summary of what needs attention
  • Something else?

Also curious:

What platforms would you absolutely want supported?
Jira / HubSpot / Zoho Desk / Zendesk / Salesforce / Freshdesk / something else?

And finally, if this saved you from checking multiple platforms every day, what would you consider a reasonable monthly price?

I'm mainly looking for honest feedback before building too much.

[Monthly] CRM Marketplace Megathread

This is a monthly megathread where you can all clamour for CRM attention without being banned for spamming this forum. Share your CRM, or consultancy service to your hearts content, (just keep your dignity!) The idea here is to keep the rest of r_crm less spammy, so don't be surprised if your regurgitated chatGPT output and link don't ever get approved elsewhere on this sub.

-----

When replying, please use the following format:

Put [ASK] at the start of your comment if you're asking/looking for something.

... we'll assume the rest are people recommending without being asked :D

As always, please disclose your relation to what you're posting.

Does every CRM lead actually need a score?

I've been wondering whether lead scoring sometimes adds an extra layer of interpretation that businesses don't really need.

A CRM might give someone a score of 72 because of their company size, job title, pages visited, or a few other fields.

But then someone still has to look at the actual request and figure out what the person is trying to do.

It makes me wonder whether, in some cases, the information someone provides directly is more useful than turning that information into a number first.

For example, if a customer explains exactly what they need, why not use that information to determine how the request should be handled instead of relying mainly on a score?

I've been thinking about this, where the submitted information can be used directly when deciding how a customer request should be handled.

For people who work with CRMs:

When has lead scoring genuinely helped your team make a better decision, and when has it just created another field for someone to interpret?
