Where I add the most value: Troubleshooting broken automations across systems — duplicate triggers, webhook failures, API rate limits (429s), missing metadata, calendar conflicts, misfiring bots/agents, wrong system generating meeting links, etc. I figure out where in the chain something's breaking, not just patch symptoms.
I think in terms of the full flow: Ad → Funnel → Lead → CRM → AI Agent/Chatbot Qualification → Appointment → Sales Call → AI Analysis → Follow-up → Reporting — and build/debug with that whole picture in mind.
