I'm a solo founder and I'm responsible for keeping track of all of my customer actions. I thought about using a CRM but honestly even the lean ones are clunky for what I need. I just want to upload my meeting notes and transcripts, have it pick out the actions and follow ups and create tasks that I can refer back to and mark off as completed. No reporting or anything because it's just me.

Has anyone found a good product for this case? I built one for myself and liked it so I figured I'd see if anyone else found that to be an issue
