How do you manage your customer feedback and analyze it?
I am curious about how do you actually do it.
Businesses often have customer feedback and signals coming from multiple channels - chat, emails, tickets, etc. Keeping track of what actually is relevant is not as easy as it seems. One issue may be mentioned across two separate channels, and it is very easy to miss it.
So, I wanna know how are you doint it?
How do you de-duplicate incoming feedback?
How do you differentiate between noise and actual signals?
How do you categorize it (theme, tag, sth else)?
Do you have a threshold before you decide if a feedback is worth focusing upon?
What happens if you do not have enough evidence/feedback to take action? (For example maybe one or two customers complaining about a feature)
I'm from a technical domain, so I don't really know how feedback analysis is actually done on scale. Would like to know what approach do you follow. Trynna explore into this so your actual experience and workflows would be helpful
