We're looking at conversational AI platforms for inbound customer conversations,mostly coming through WhatsApp and Instagram. The main thing we need is something that can handle common questions, qualify a lead and then pass the conversation to a human without losing all the context.
Most of the tools I’ve found seem focused on website chatbots, which isn’t really our use case. Ideally we’d also have one inbox where the team can see and take over conversations when needed.
Anyone using something like this? What’s worked well?
