Hello! Ive been working the last month on configurating Bitrix for a real state company. We are about to connect our platforms with bitrix although some of them have leads with more info than others.

Since bitrix is not able to read the actual text I'm trying to find an External solution that could read the incoming messages per platform, identify if the lead comes with any property of interest and provide different responses from the leads who come with 0 information.

If anyone has a solution to this kind of situations and know how to make the connection with bitrix I'll appreciate it!!
