I've got a list of accounts where multiple fields need updating and the thought of opening each record individually is already killing me

i know there are bulk edit/import options in most CRMs, but i'm curious what you guys actually use on your side

Is there a workflow or a tool you've found that makes this quick without creating a mess of duplicate or wrong data? because manual updates don't feel very scalable and joyful.
