Do I have to manually recreate all the content type with the same fields in the D10 first before the upgrade ? some people say yes, some say no, I am confusing with what to do with this step. but I see this

I am wondering if the formal upgrade process will auto upgrade all the veiws to Drupal 10 or I have to upgrade all the views separately, because I see there is https://www.drupal.org/project/views_migration module. I have around 100 views in my D7 site, there will be lots works to deal with them. Thank you.

My D7 site using a image field https://www.drupal.org/project/user_picture_field , but there is no D10+ version for upgrade, I am thinking to duplicate the field to a standard Drupal image field in Drupal7, then I can upgrade to Drupal10 directly .my question is if there is any modules that I can use to duplicate the image field with the content. I have a random views that showing on the site front page, I am wondering if I signup with cloudflare, how can I let the front page view keep rolling randomly or the cloudflare will just cache the views for a day ?

I use the default responsive grid for the view, but its not responsive on browser and mobile, am i possibly missing something ? Drupal 10.51 ,
I am using the bartik theme , it's not responsive on desktop and mobile both.
I change to Olivero theme, it's responsive on mobile but not on desktop
I tested on Chrome and Edge both on desktop.
