But I'm the owner /operatir of an IT company based in Montreal Canada.

I currently have a part time employee that handled Microsoft work and others.

We are currently in talks to buy hoster with about 1.2K customers, and would be looking for a contract to work with us on this.

The person MUST speak Spanish as the customer base is 100% Spanish speaking customers.
