Went through all 3 - what a mess - even after all these years in biz. Onboarding wizzard with no skip option, internal search from 10 years ago and instead of fixing the ui and letting users do the work via api with agents who will read the docs they still force all that reading onto the human users.

Is there an api-first crm besides these dinosaurs?
