I've been using WP Rocket to improve my WordPress site's performance, but I'm constantly running into the same frustrating error:

"IP blocked by Firewall or Cloudflare."

The issue keeps coming back, and it's becoming difficult to justify paying for a premium caching plugin when these errors interfere with its functionality.

The whole point of WP Rocket is to make websites faster, not to spend time troubleshooting recurring issues.

I'm now seriously considering switching to another caching and optimization plugin.

• Has anyone else experienced this persistent issue with WP Rocket?
• Did you manage to fix it permanently?
• What caching plugin would you recommend as a reliable alternative?
• Has anyone switched from WP Rocket to FlyingPress, LiteSpeed Cache, or another solution and noticed better performance?
