Arkansas Famers are Feeling the Consequences. Leading the Nation in Bankruptcies.

The state led the entire nation in Chapter 12 farm bankruptcies in 2025, with 33 filings, more than double the previous year. And the pressure hasn’t stopped: farmers are being squeezed by high operating costs, expensive credit, weak margins, and trade disruptions. These aren’t hypothetical warnings anymore, family farms that survived for generations are going under.

Thanks for motivating my brother to make the right decision. I have been trying to get him to do this for 3 years. I hope all of your pillows are cold on both sides. Cheers!

ETA: u/underqualified_punk is his username. His comment won’t post. He says thank you for all the love.

I lost over a million and cant get over it.

5 September 2026 at 12:47

Im looking for some advice, I had a great run in 2025, I was up 1300% at some point, I slowly grinded Β£60K to Β£1M in 9 months, then I made some really stupid things, which led to more desperate moves (all in options), and i lost it all between October and December.

This year has not been kind to me, im currently down 25%, I actually had an insane start to the year, I think i was up almost 200% ytd in February, but then the Iran war started, I never got back in during April and May, so my account never recovered, by the time I got back I was June and well.. we all know how the last 3months have been.

Now the good news is I still have Β£100K left but psychologically I cant get over, I keep getting adverts about UK gilts at 5%, Β£50K a year is more then the average wage of the UK, I am in my 30s, I could've literally just retired but I threw it away like a retard

How do I get over this? I thought i did it once ill make it back again but this market has slapped me in the face more times then I can count

Has anyone else been through this? How did you get over it?

I really need help

Edit: to the people calling me a gambler. Thats the part that sucks the most. I know I will never be able to do it again, the same way, I dont want to give away what I did because it was pure gambling full porting shitcos from May 2025 until September 2025, id just full port shitcos ,double my man then do.it again, basically did it like 3 times, I made over half a million just from $NBIS alone.

But here is the tragic part, I will never do that shit again, I am so scared of losing money I literally take profits after being up a few %, i never let it ride like that. So assuming I dont lose everything, its probably going to take me 5 years to replicate that, and not to mention, this market has sucked ass outside of April and May since October

Danny Boyle confirms AI was used to generate animals like mice, and bring old photographs to life in his upcoming movie 'Ink'

Boyle: "It's a very useful tool in many ways provided you use it respectfully and provided you pay actors if you're going to replace them with some kind of AI embodiment or something like that. So just like with any animation project or just as part of the VFX toolbox and we've made, there's about 30 seconds of it in our movie where we animate a couple of old photographs which you'll have seen online the way that it does that, that you can bring old photographs to life and that's the kind of way we use it.

Oh and there's some mice, it's very good for animals because I got in trouble with PETA, we had some chimps at the beginning of 28 Days Later and they wrote to me and said you must never do that again, and I haven't, and ever since I've tried to use, you know, CG as they call it, animals but AI is very, very good at creating animals and we've got some mice in this one that run around the sun newsroom."

Full Sequence of umpire Doug Eddings on a power trip

Full Sequence of umpire Doug Eddings on a power trip
  1. Demanded that pitcher Hancel Rincon (in his MLB debut) straighten his hat since no one will wear a hat like that on "his field".

  2. Cardinals manager Oli Marmol went to talk to Eddings about the hat incident during a pitching change, Eddings gave the Cardinals a pitch clock violation and ejected Marmol.

  3. A couple batters later, with the Cardinals out of challenges, Eddings made a terrible call on a play at the plate to gift the Rockies the lead.
