New user of WordPress here. I know nothing about websites, code, and such things and I am willing to learn. I have a question about the Robots.txt for a website based on WordPress:

Disallow: /wp-includes/

Disallow: /*?utm_*

Disallow: /*?ver=

Do all these rules damage the website generally, or it depends how a website is actually built?
