What Crm to use

So I want to use signal house to send text. But they said I can’t upload leads on there I need a crm. I only plan to text 250-500 ppl a day and that’s it I don’t need all the extra calendars etc. what’s a good low cost crm to be able to just upload my leads from Google Sheets to connect it and text ?

The difference between Invice and Salesforce?

Hi folks,

I’m a solopreneur that launched a niche SaaS company 2 years ago. My user base is growing fast and client management is starting to take too much of my weekly time.

I never wanted to use salesforce because I always thought it was too complicated, and too depending on specialized engineers at scale to tailor it for my needs, so no Salesforce or hubspot.

I was looking for an ai-powered CRM, new modern tools I could find in this AI era, and stumble on invice.ai. Honestly, I’m sold from their website but I just don’t understand the difference between it and traditional CRMs. They say you can replace your current CRM or use it on top of it. Talking about a system of action instead of a system of record… I understand it assigns one agent to every client, so instead of reading emails you look at your missions (agents in their jargon) and talk with the agent to approve or instruct the next steps so the agents does 80% of the reply’s and only surfaces the 20% that needs human jugement. This is clear and is exactly what I’m looking for, which to me sounds more like an agentic CRM then an AI CRM (what’s even the difference here???).

I got responses from AI LLM’s which did make since but I haven’t heard any humans talk about it online. If any of you have ever use this tool to manage your clients, how did it go?

I’m starting my free trial next week, so I’m hoping to hear back from other founders, managers or sales people that are more familiar with invice.ai

Keep in mind that I was using an excel sheet automated with zappier but this is not sustainable at scale…

Thanks in advance for your contribution,

Steve from 🇦🇺

I self‑hosted a CRM a few weeks ago; it costed me more than a pro plan on any popular CRM.

If any of you remember, I was self-hosting twenty a few weeks ago, and I happened to self-host on Railway.

The bill that came today was very much unexpected

Now we are back to square one, looking for free or inexpensive CRMs with webhook integrations and enrichment; these two are the most important features for me atp

Any recommendations would be helpful. Thanks in advance :)

what are B2B sales teams using for verified contact data other than Apollo and Cognism?

I handle data for a b2b sales team and I'm trying to sanity-check our setup before we renew anything.

For context, we've leaned on Apollo and Cognism for a while, and both have the same problem for us, where Apollo's coverage is broad but the emails get shaky once you're past the obvious mid-market accounts, and Cognism is cleaner but wants a full annual contract before you can really tell if it covers your patch.

What we do now is check each contact against a few sources before it goes into the CRM and only keep an email when more than one source returns the same one.

This has cut the bounces down a lot, though it's fiddly to maintain and i'm not convinced we've landed on the best stack for it.

A couple of tools get mentioned a lot whenever i ask around (mainly Bettercontact and FullEnrich), but before we switch anything I'd rather hear from people who've used them than trust another round of marketing.

So what are you using for contact data these days, especially for smaller or non-US companies where the big two get thin, and if you've found something you trust i'd love to know what it is and why?

More than a CRM, a whole business CEO Tools, what is missing?

Hello,
As I was struggling the last few month for helping some friends of mine building their internet presence and making their marketing better than before.
I had use multiple tools which I bundled now into a real good product.
Actually using it myself, it's really powerful and incredible flexible.
It is a full powered AI like "openclaw" but with easy to use modules.
Actually it can make all documents from just a voice record, quotes, quotes -> invoices, sending it automaticaly, just tell him to send after you checked.
It makes customer acquisition from website chatbot, whatsapp messages and social media channels as well as complete voice calls with grok. It works better then i had expected, it send a detailed message to the lead for checking the customer details and creates what is need, like just a task, a calendar entry for a visite or a quote, and that all while you still work.

Another point was the social media posting and presence which is really helpful for growing a business, so it can post for you on base of images taken from your work in any language and on several channels actually still adding some more.

Stripe or bancontact or even European QR code payments (without fee) is on board and added to the invoice or whatsapp messages.
I've checked some other CRM and invoice and their you still need to check all at home and make manual actions and the smartphone apps are really limited.
This actual version is so more powerfull and the mobile app is already working for me on a daily basis.

It can be used for much more than carpenter or electrician. Just need a secretarian, it does it with 24/7 reply and it can even help with professional insides like to cut the main water when a closed sink is still leaking, etc.
It learns from your behavior as long you want

I also added some statistics for web site traffic, lead captures like form contacts or email requests.
Email marketing campaign, whatsapp campaign and a lot more.

I'm really so happy, that i would like to have some people testing it for seeing if it's really helpful to other and other kind of sector.
Would be amazing having a chat and let you try for free just for becoming feedback and having some chats on what would be helpful for your profession in your sector.

If you have some friends or customer of yours who wanna try I would be glad to offer the tools for free as long I implement the new features and I passe the Test phase, after maybe I would also be available for partnerships and affiliate programs.

Let me know your thoughts, what else could be nice to implement and just DM if you wanna a free setup, actually you can add multiple AI gateways, with free tier priority and backup providers.

I speak English, French, German, Dutch, Spanish so it would be a pleasure to have a chat.

Cheers fellow entrepreneurs ;-)

Advice sought

I want to build an ExportOS, an AI-powered CRM designed specifically for exporters. It can help manage your entire export sales process—from buyer enquiries and quotations to follow-ups, WhatsApp communication, and sales tracking—all in one place so as no opportunity gets missed. Even i can get AI calls and responses added to it.

Will this work for an exporters or a serious business?

CRM has all the data but no context

Every call's logged. Every email's tracked. Every note's saved.

And reps still walk into calls having to reconstruct the whole story themselves: why the prospect went quiet, what got tabled, who's actually the champion.

The CRM remembers what happened and what any of it means.

That's the gap nobody talks about. It's not a data problem. It's a context problem.
