Let's understand each workflow deeply what actually it will do

For Lead qualification :

it will qualify the lead based on the given rules (No Ai, No hallucinations) just rules, For example you want only those leads who have 30L budget and timeline is 1Month than it's come to HOT LEAD and another lead have 90L budget timeline 1 year it will come in WARM LEAD.

Before diving into the Follow up automation, I used Meta api for sending messages using interactive list, that is dynamic changes according to the user's current_state

Follow up automation:

As we know that Meta starts the 24 Hours Window when user sends the message. and it will charge per messages after the 24 hour window if they sends the message again. So I utilize the 24 window cost effectively. this follow up automation checks rhe user state their intent (buy, rent,sell) check his state and send the question again where the user left off And you can set the time duration as your requirement for demo purposes I used 3Min the agent sends the follow up message every 3 mimutes and only if the user status is active if users give all the answers of the asked questions then it will not going to send the follow up message it only run when the user's state is active

For an example User A came Says I want to buy the property agent starts asking the questions and out of 5 questions user only answered 2 questions and Dissapeared then this automation will run and sends the follow up message to the user according to his current_state where he/her left of. The same user came again and give the answer of 3,4, Questions and again Dissapeared but again 1 question is still left then this automation will sends the follow up message again until they gives the all answers of all asked questions and you can reduce the no. Of questions it depends on you

And maybe you have one question in mind what if users wants to Restart the chat Or Talk to human, my system also solved this problem also We sends the button Or list that is hardcoded (2 Buttons) Restart or Talk to human if user wants Restart the conversation so they can just selecting the Restart button in the list and in the backend it will delete his all details and Restarts again

And everything in the Dashboard or Hubspot Any CRM software

I'm building Lead Operating system for especially for Real estate agency( but it can use other niches too) So this is state machine chatbot it has the memory of each user whether they came in 1 days or 6months, so it will asking the questions to the lead first it ask intent like [Buy, Sell, Rent] and then sending the questions accordingly and updates CRM, and also qualifying the lead according to your rule For example you want only those lead who have more than 50L budget and timeline within 1month so it comes in Hot lead category less than 50L warm. Less than 30L cold it depends on you what kind of rule you want to set. So it has the memory of each user so we can send follow-up message to each user like if we want to ask 6 questions to each user but if user answered 2 questions and disappeared, either we can send the follow-up message of the next question (3rd Question) or user sends the message come again with the same number so it has the memory so agents knows on which step were this user are and asking him/her to the next question. And everything on the dashboard (like hot, warm, cold lead, graphs, charts, follow up details, quick buttons call, whatsApp)which is connected with supabase as backend for frontend replit, lovable,bolt I use lovable.
