Do other people have similar issues? I'm not near my desk for a considerable amount of time, for e.g. I'm in the car or in meetings most of the day, and at the end of the work day there's an hour of typing up into the CRM what I already know. By the time I get to my laptop, some of the info is lost. So the record's basically useless to anyone but me. Has anyone found something that actually sticks? Can I not just talk to my CRM, like literally voice or text it
