I got tired of CRMs stopping when the deal was won, so I built the rest of the workflow

I kept running into the same problem with small-business software like zoho and pipedrive:

- The CRM ends when the deal is won.

- Then invoicing happens somewhere else.

- Purchasing turns into spreadsheets, email threads, approvals, and a lot of “where are we on this?”

So I built PipelineIQ.eu around one continuous workflow logic of win the deal → send the invoice → manage what the business needs to buy

Right now it includes:

- CRM, deals, follow-ups, and revenue forecasting

- Invoice drafts and Stripe payments

- Automation when a deal is won

- Purchase requests, approvals, supplier quotes, purchase orders, and supplier tracking

- A pipeline assistant that flags stale deals, missing close dates, and missing next steps

The revenue forcasting i built has a margin of error of 1-2% which I have tested numerous time and I am open to others proving me wrong

I’m at the point where I’d rather have people actually use it than keep building more features. So I’m looking for a few small businesses, agencies, consultancies, and service companies willing to try it and tell me: Its called pipelineiq.eu. So tell me, what feels confusing or what breaks and what actually saves time and eventually what you’d never use.

Built our own CRM — looking for early users

Hey everyone!

We’ve been building PipelineIQ.EU, a lightweight CRM and revenue intelligence platform for small B2B teams, startups, agencies, consultants, SaaS companies, and growing sales teams that want a proper sales system without the complexity that often comes with larger CRM platforms.

We’re now opening PipelineIQ.EU up to a small group of early users.

The main idea is simple: help teams spend less time digging through spreadsheets, tabs, and disconnected tools, and more time actually knowing where deals stand, what needs attention, and what should happen next.

Right now, PipelineIQ.EU includes things like company and contact management, deal tracking, customizable pipeline stages, multiple contacts per company, activity timelines, notes, calls, follow-ups, tasks and reminders, forecasting, pipeline dashboards, revenue reporting, deal history, company intelligence, CSV imports, duplicate detection, record merging, import cleanup, multiple currencies, team accounts, invitations, and user roles.

We’ve also built tools around data quality and pipeline visibility, so teams can get a clearer picture of what is happening across their sales process instead of relying on manually updated spreadsheets or scattered notes.

On the automation side, we’re working on more AI-assisted data cleaning, pipeline analysis, prioritization, and identifying which opportunities need attention, while keeping the underlying data and logic visible rather than turning the CRM into a black box.

PipelineIQ is designed to sit in that space between “we’ve outgrown spreadsheets” and “we don’t need the weight of a huge enterprise CRM.”

The goal is to keep it straightforward enough that people actually use it, while still giving founders, salespeople, and managers the information they need to understand their pipeline.

If you run or work in a small B2B company, agency, consultancy, SaaS business, startup, or sales team and you’re looking for a simpler CRM, we’d love to have you as one of our early users.

You can check it out and let us know what you think.

We’re based in Denmark, but early access is open internationally.
