I'm surprised by the number of people who are still in need of a custom CRM. I'm pretty picky with customers and always question requirements before I go ahead with them but most have such a niched out requirement that its hard to say no. Now, with AI especially I'm noticing alot of them want automations built in and integrated with various other tools which the current products aren't great at.

ANyone noticing the same?
