In AI era, can you suggest some AI use cases, maybe you have seen in your organisation, etc…

I shall get AI specific use cases using some sample data in my Agency’s Sandbox environment…

I have had always this question in mind & curious to know…

I run a small Service Agency (Microsoft Service Partner)
And I can see these products that I can resell to my customers on my partner dashboard:

1. CRM (MS Dynamics Sales)
   
2. Business Central (Microsoft ERP for small/medium business)

How do differentiate both in our sales presentations for Customers? (Mostly SMB, that also require education/advisory before purchase)

Would really appreciate any definitions in the comments from other members:
