What are the 5 things your CRM needs to tell you immediately?

I've been thinking about how much information a small business actually needs from a CRM on a daily basis.

For me, the essentials seem to be:

Who is the lead?

Where did they come from?

What stage are they in?

What's the next action?

When should I follow up?

Everything beyond that feels secondary until these are clear.

Curious how other people approach this: what information do you personally check most often in your CRM?
