We run sequences for a few clients out of HubSpot and the constant tab-switching is costing us time.

The reason is that there's the CRM, Gmail and whatever outbound tool we're using all going at once, and activity syncing back into HubSpot is unreliable, so the CRM view is just stale when it matters.

Been going through a few options, and Lemlist's whole thing is that you run full sequences from inside Gmail or your CRM without a separate login, which sounds exactly like what we need, but I've tried tools before where the Gmail or CRM integration was just an add-on, and Lemlist is the first one I've seen where the whole workflow is built around the inbox and CRM natively.

What I need to know is whether the CRM sync is bidirectional, so tasks and activities log back without manual reconciliation, and whether multichannel steps like LinkedIn and calls and WhatsApp are workable from inside the Gmail extension or HubSpot, or if those still need a separate Lemlist tab.
