so, i belong to a fairly small, ai native crm company for enterprises. even though I don't belong to slaes I'd like to contribute towards adoption of the product. Any suggestions on how can I promote our crm. One major question of mine is which kind of promotion works well - 1. targetting enterprises and it's founders or 2. targetting general developers. I believe option 1 is widely implemented in our org. But I also do think for long term impact option 2 might give better results due to increased word of mouth. Any comments on this?
