CRM has all the data but no context

Every call's logged. Every email's tracked. Every note's saved.

And reps still walk into calls having to reconstruct the whole story themselves: why the prospect went quiet, what got tabled, who's actually the champion.

The CRM remembers what happened and what any of it means.

That's the gap nobody talks about. It's not a data problem. It's a context problem.

Sales People- how much do these features matter in crm ?

Looking for genuine opinions here.

How much do these type of features matter to you as a sales rep or a sales manager, or do they matter at all? How have these features impacted your overall performance and productivity?

Also, do you wish there was a crm feature that existed?

  • Meeting transcriptions(multilingual), summaries and recommended next actions
  • Automated meeting follow-ups
  • Buyer intent signals
  • Deal health and risk alerts
  • Email tracking
  • CRM updates suggestions
  • Multichannel messaging/mail/call tracking

(given that all these features are ai based)

IS MCP a genuine requirement for people using CRM?

Lately i have been seeing everybody and their mom talk about MCP integration in their CRMs and genuinely want to know if they have been any useful other than gaining context

Also if this is a feature that would make you consider replacing your current CRM with a new mcp one.

Tell me your insights on the comment.

Sales Managers- what's the biggest issue that you face with rep commitments?

I have seen a lot of sales managers struggle with the promises that their reps made to the customers or clients, then forget later in the process and when the issue resurfaces, the deal's already lost or cold.

How do you deal with these issues? Have you tried any tools or implemented any sort of system that worked for you?

Sales reps- What's your opinion about AI in CRMs?

Do sales reps and their managers actually have issues with using and integrating ai in their crms or is it just that they don't know how to properly use it or is it that ai is not that accurate and advanced yet.

If there are some issues I would love to know about them and how have you approached those issues?

Calling out all of the sales reps and managers on this one: If you could fix ONE thing about your CRM, what would it be?

Genuinely curious what sales people are struggling with the most with their CRMs,

Is it account visibility across reps?

Is it actually helping you prioritize which deal to work today?

Is it better notes/context before a call?

or is it Less manual data entry?

Curious what's the biggest bottleneck for sales people day to day.
