I've seen sites where the cPanel license is selling for really low prices. For less than $5 you get a license and can create unlimited cPanel accounts.

How does that work? Are they hacked, just like any other software gets hacked and shared for free/cheap?

Does buying something like that mean that you're opening a backdoor for hackers? Just like nulled/GPL themes and plugins for WordPress (for example)?

I'm new to WordPress and still learning it on my laptop. There are many templetes, even famous ones, that are multipurpose and can create all kinds of websites. Should I just use those or templates specifically designed for a website like a blog or woocommerce or business, etc.

If I should use a single multipurpose website, what will you recommend?

Also, is there a way I can use AI to make my website building process faster?
